Corporate procedures
Although there is detailed information on invest.gov.tr about starting a business in Turkey, those procedures are carried out smoothly only with a consultant. The passports of the company's foreign partners must be translated by a sworn translator and notarized before the company is registered at the Trade Registry Office, and a certified translator must accompany the foreigner during the procedures at the Trade Registry Office.
After registration, a Signature Circular must be prepared at a Notary Public by the company's authorized person, for use in official procedures before official bodies. The authorized person may also need to give a power of attorney to the company's accountant to handle tax matters.
What you need, and what we do
