Notarized passport translation
Beyond the procedures above, there are many other transactions foreigners can carry out at notary publics in Turkey. During any official procedure in Turkey, the foreigner must have an officially translated and notarized copy of their passport. So before performing any legal procedure, foreigners should apply to a translation office for an official sworn translation of their passport.
What you need, and what we do
- Send a clear photo or scan of the passport's photo page; the original is not needed for the translation.
- We translate it as sworn translators and have it certified at the notary, usually within two hours.
- You can collect it in Ankara or we send it by courier within Turkey or abroad.
- One notarized translation can be used for several procedures; ask for extra certified copies if needed.
- We also translate residence permits, ID cards, driving licences and birth or marriage certificates the same way.
